"We take reviews seriously, but this review omits important details of what occurred over the course of three separate service visits. During those visits we documented, with written notes and photos, that the ice machine had multiple issues outside of the appliance itself, including an improperly installed drain, lack of proper venting, extremely low water pressure, and a water filter that required replacement. We recommended those issues be corrected before further repairs could be completed. After those recommendations were addressed, we returned and found a disconnected internal hose, which we repaired. On our most recent visit, water pressure again dropped from approximately 65 PSI to nearly 0 PSI whenever the ice machine called for water, indicating an ongoing water supply issue rather than a failed appliance component. As for the claim that someone was ?standing around on the phone,? that individual was our office manager handling business operations while our technician was actively diagnosing the machine. Had management wished to discuss the service being performed, we would have gladly explained our findings on-site. We stand behind our documentation, our recommendations, and the time spent accurately diagnosing this issue. Appliance repairs are only successful when the appliance has the proper plumbing and water conditions to operate correctly. We wish you the best in getting the remaining installation issues resolved."
