He's done multiple projects for me. The last time he re-plumbed the entire house; due to slab leak; ran all new lines in the attic. They also had to run a new drain line from the kitchen area where the other had collapsed, prior.

This was not only a tankless heater install. They replumbed the entire house from the main. We had a leak under our concrete slab. SInce the house is 60 years old, we decided to replumb, running the lines in the attic. The 4.5 for price is as good as I've ever given anyone here. For whatever reason, service prices here are extremely high. On the whole, they are 2 to 3 times higher than where we used to live.
