I would not recommend this lawn care provider. Unreliable, inconsistent, and unprofessional. Repeatedly quoted for services he could not provide and attempted to provide services that were never agreed to in writing or verbally. And, he failed to correct lawn care problems that he agreed to fix in writing. We finally terminated services with him and hired another lawn care provider.

"I understand you are requesting a refund for the services of the lawn renovation. In past conversations regarding the work that was done. You were informed that seed is not guaranteed, and a strict water schedule is needed to get the best results. In a review of the invoices, I do not see where you were charged for a service that was not performed, I understand that you were unsatisfied with the results. per your email on 3-20-2020 you let me know that Evergy damaged the work that I had done, sight unseen in an attempt to rectify the situation I agreed to perform additional work that was not part of the original invoice free of charge. per your text as of February 6th you elected to notify to cancel all services, Which include the free work being done. Therefor the request for a refund of a job that was already completed I have determined is not warranted at this time. As a reputable business, I would like to extend my original offer in hopes that this will bring you satisfaction. In response to that as well I took a small rototiller to all the bare spots. applied seed raked it all into the soil and then added more on top. When Evergy came and did that work I asked you did the seed come in and your response was yes it did. then Evergy did what was stated above. Again I am sorry you feel the way that you did but I tried to rectify a situation with damage that was not caused by me. I hope you have better luck with your new company."

We hired super seed to aerate your lawn. The owner came out when he said he would and quickly finished the job. He stayed after and chatted with my husband and gave him some tips on how to take care of our lawn. I would hire him for another job and recommend them without hesitation

"I do appreciate you making a comment about my service but, I want to say that with your size yard that is the price given for my Max Rate, but I do believe I stated that it would take me to a max time of 4 hours, which I work alone I have no help, and that is if everything goes accordingly, but I also said I believe I will only charge for the time that I am there the Max time is 4 hours and the price will not go up only down. I only charge you for the time that I am there, I have no idea how long it is going to take to do the job. which it is an estimated time which I gave you which was my max time I charge by the hour and never have hit my max time, I am sorry that I did not get your business I wish you would have called or emailed so that I could have explained better, I hope that you found a good company to go your work for you."

Snow Removal
I used this guy only because he said that he was a Veteran. When the lady called me I changed my response and told her that everything was okay. He assured me that he had made a mistake on my invoice and the company he was using made him do the invoice that way. This man never ever tells the TRUTH. He tells one lie, then he tells 3 other crazy stories to cover up the first one. I was shocked beyond belief and I would not TRUST this guy for anything. He overcharges for everything and you have to watch him constantly. I have to PRAY for people that despitefully use me. I would not recommend this guy to my worst enemy.
