Holiday Lighting - Add or Remove - Materials Provided by Homeowner
"Pro" didn't show up after numerous calls to me that he was "on the way"; he has no memory! Didn't seem to know what he was doing--it took forever on a very small job. Has not returned to remove the lites though I have called again and again. Totally unreliable!

Small job to wire a replaced door bell. Took 4 hours and $150 and it still does not work.

One of the 2 "cleaners" did a decent job inside but felt it was ok to help herself to drinks in the refrigerator. The guy who cleanered the windows pulled all the screens off and in the process ruined the screens on 2 patio doors. He also pushed anything that was out of the way of the windows and didn't put it back. Also, we were quoted $225 but chaged $325. I called the owner Steve that night and he blew me off saying "I can't deal with this now."

Blinds or Shades - Repair
He came and did a temporary fix and had to order a part. That was 3 weeks ago. He did do a follow up saying he was still working the part. I called a week later still no part and he can't figure out how to get it. I will have to do the job my self.

Great professionals, would have preferred an estimate up front for an expectation of costs but my sliding doors were more problematic than the norm. They went above and beyond to get the done completed. Thanks!

They were very late to arrive and I was very uncomfortable with him there. I finally asked him to leave before completing the job. The job done seemed to be ok but the other circumstances overrode that.
