I don't write many reviews, but this company absolutely deserves one. A few days ago, my central air conditioning stopped working during some extremely hot weather. I have respiratory problems, and without air conditioning, my home became unbearable. I had even started looking into getting a hotel room because I was having trouble breathing. I have a home warranty, and after waiting more than 48 hours to be assigned a technician, I was told the earliest appointment available was 10 days away. When I tried explaining my medical situation, I got nowhere. After several frustrating phone calls and being unable to speak with a real person, I was finally told I could hire my own contractor and submit the invoice. Within five minutes of requesting help through Angi, Super Solutions contacted me. The technician explained he had one job ahead of mine and would come as soon as he finished. True to his word, he called when he was on his way. Even after arriving, he patiently worked through all the authorization hurdles with my home warranty company so the repair could be approved. That alone took another 30 minutes or more, but he never complained. Then the weather turned. It started raining with thunder and lightning, yet he kept working until the job was done. He serviced my system, added the refrigerant it needed, cleaned the unit, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. By the time he finished, it was after 8:00 that evening. Because of his dedication, I didn't have to leave my home, spend money on a hotel, or continue struggling in the heat. I could finally breathe comfortably again. In today's world, it's rare to find someone who cares more about taking care of a customer than watching the clock. That's exactly what I experienced with Super Solutions. Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to doing the job right made all the difference. I've already scheduled my furnace tune-up with them this fall because they've earned my trust. After asking Angie's List for a quote to repair my furnace, Super Solutions was the only reply I got, and it was about an hour or so after submitting request. Jamie was professional and agreed to accept the diagnostic I had gotten from another company (but had gotten an extreme quote for same service). The quote he gave was half the amount the other company gave, without me telling him the previous quote (just for gas valve replacement). He was able to come the next day and texted when he was 30 minutes out. It took him nearly an hour to complete the service, and I'm very pleased at his attentiveness at doing a clean and professional job. The receipt was broken down by parts and labor, something the other company refused to do! I was so pleased that I also provided a "tip" for his trustworthy, attentiveness, attitude and transparency. I would highly recommend his services to anyone, and when my furnace needs replacing ( likely in the next year or two), Super Solutions will be getting the call. Thank you for your service!

Exceptional Service!! I have used their service for maintenance and seasonal checkups. This time they quickly responded when my A/C needed replaced and did an exceptional job for a good price. Wonderful people. Highly recommend.

Jamie was the only vendor that actually called me, and did so within a couple of hours after submitting my request for quote. Another local company was originally called to do the work, and only charged $99 to come out and diagnose, but then turned around and quoted double of what I was expecting to pay, AND REFUSED to provide a breakdown of what I would be paying for. Although the technician did a great job at the diagnosis, which I had already determined was the gas valve, his insistence that the company policy of rates and lack of price disclosure removed all trust. Jamie, on the other hand, accepted the diagnostics of the other technician, purchased the gas valve (and let me know how much is cost plus his 30% increase, which was acceptable.) I received a detailed, itemized receipt including a part that he was told we would need, but didn't and he took off the price of that part, something I'm quite confident the other company would NOT have done. Thank you for your professionalism.

Called at 8. Came to test ac unit and found that the capacitor was bad. Replaced it and ac works amazing again yayyyyyy Thank you for coming out so late

He found the problem right away with my furnace, fix it quickly. The price was very reasonable.

Jamie did an awesome job identifying the issue and fixing it all within an hour and a half. He's professional, curious, and thoughtful about the budget for the job. He saved the day for our granddaughter's birthday pool party - fixing the heater with a few days to spare!

I called because furnace was not working Jamie came same day I called and told me heating exchange was cracked so he suggested to put in new furnace. He came two days later and put in new furnace and air conditioner. He and his helper were very professional and done a great job . Would highly recommend Super Solutions Heating and Cooling.
