The individuals involved in this review are DAN and GARY. If I can give a zero star I would. I requested for someone to come out to my home in Baltimore to check out my HVAC and ductwork situation. I was not receiving sufficient air on the top level of my house. During the consultation, they assured me they would resolve the issue. A couple of days later the workers came to begin working by adding a return on the lower level and installing spines to help redirect air. Not once did anyone test anything to prove this was going to be the best solution. Ultimately it FAILED and then they had the NERVE to ask for thousands of dollars for payment. There was no effort to resolve the issue. I had to seek outside consultants to provide a solution and TELL THEM HOW TO DO THEIR JOB. Please do NOT waste your hard-earned money on a company that actually does not test, does not provide quality solutions, and will overcharge for simple work. Very disappointed in their service, and I will spread the word that no one should seek their service.

"Thank you for your feedback. Our management team looked into this and was presented with the following from our team: Our comfort advisor proposed multiple options (good, better, and best) and your family chose the least expensive option, which cost about ¼ of the best option. The chosen option, although would not completely resolve your issue, should increase the airflow to certain rooms. The detailed scope of work in this option, including adding several supply branches, turning veins, manual dampers, and a return was listed on the signed contract and was completed by our install team on Feb 1st. However, your family was not satisfied with the outcome. As we strive to provide a 5 star experience, our comfort advisor and install manager met with your family again and offered to do an air balance (a task not included in the option chosen) at no charge as a courtesy. Our install team went to your home a second time , completed the air balance and in addition, per your family?s request, sealed two supplies at no charge. According to our test results, the airflow in the right side vent of your front bedroom increased the most, up 144% from 0.9 m/s to 2.2 m/s. The airflow in most of the problem vents increased about 20%. Our team was unaware of any outside consultants. If there is, please send us his/her name, his/her license, credentials and certificates in HVAC, particularly in Air flow so our specialist could discuss with him/her. We sympathize with the fact that the increased air flow does not meet your family?s expectations; however, this is the chosen option able to achieve. We wish you all the best in the future."

I originally had them out to repair a builder grade central A/C system from 2003. When I learned the part needed was no longer available, I purchased a new Lennox system that I've been extremely happy with. I believe it was the owner himself who came out to go over my options. Very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right system for my place without trying to sell me something I didn't need.

I found SuperTech to an honest, professional, and hard working HVAC contractor who does excellent work. I had talked to three other contractors before I met with Steven from SuperTech. Steven, by far, took his time to explain the details and things to consider when replacing a heating and AC system. His prices were extremely competitive. The other contractors provided estimates on bottom of the line off brand systems. Steven provided an estimate on a reputable brand system. I did my research and knew that the system he recommended was a quality system. It was an easy decision for me to go with SuperTech. They installed a new outdoor AC unit, furnace, and whole house humidifier. They went above and beyond to do the job and do it right. Due to the layout of my ductwork and the lack of space in my utility room, they had to go back to their shop, fabricate a duct extension, then come back and install the humidifier. Unexpected additional work that they cheerfully and professionally did just like the rest of the job. I highly recommend SuperTech to anyone thinking about purchasing an HVAC system.

SuperTech did a great job, i had my HVAC go down overnight, and with a newborn it's super important to keep him cool during the summer. Tony came out same day, during the delivery window. He replaced the capacitor and topped off the refrigerant, he explained everything he was doing, was courteous, and obviously very knowledgeable in HVAC tech.

They offered me an appointment window a day earlier than the one Home Advisor scheduled, and told me the tech would call 30 mins before arriving at my home. That was perfect because I could stay at work until the tech called, and meet him at the door. He ran late that day (past his ending time), but came to my house anyway and spent 1.5 hours diagnosing and repairing the indoor unit. He explained the issue, and showed me the proof of the diagnosis. He returned a 2nd time with the new parts, and serviced the outdoor unit. Very professional. I thought they were pricey: $89 the first day for a service call, and $69 the second day for the maintenance call. That seemed like double dipping. Owners speak ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages).

This was my first time using Super Tech HVAC. I was contacted with a blocked timeframe and then again when the tech was on his way which was great because he was coming slightly earlier than originally planned and I will needed him to since my AC stopped and the house was 85+. My service tech Troy was courteous, knowledgeable and gave me pricing throughout his diagnosis so I could make a decision. He took the time to cover his work boots too each time he entered my house.

Troy from SuperTech was knowledgeable and professional. He was there to do a regular service and over the course of the service found another issue. He thoroughly and clearly explained the issue and showed me exactly what the problem was and how it would result in major repairs if it wasn’t fixed. He then quoted me the price and showed the breakdown on original service and the additional work. Once I authorized the work he took care of the issue ran a systems check and walked me through what he was doing. He also gave me some helpful tips on things I could do to check and service the unit myself to save money on services in the future.
