Super Turf

TERRIBLE customer service!! They ruined our lawn, so I asked Jeremy Chaskin (Owner) to come out and take a look. He said he would not come, but would send a worker to take a look. I want the owner, not just a worker. He proceeded to talk over me, and said I must have something wrong with me. ( I was very upset) He then told me I must not rake or blow the grass after I mow. First off.. it has been winter, I haven't even mowed my grass in months, and he said, if I have too much Thatch I should know my grass is never going to grow. We have NEVER had a problem with our grass growing, until we hired them!!!! We blow, rake and do whatever we need to keep our grass looking great. We hired them, and now we have no grass. DO NOT USE THEM!

Stay away!! This company painted a pretty picture of how laying expensive zoysia sod would fix our side yard issues of grass not growing there. Even after asking if the drainage down our hill needed to be addressed first, we were assured the sod would do the trick. I had to ask about proper care after being laid, it was not something they automatically provided. I also asked about a guarantee/warranty only to be told we will service your lawn monthly for the next year so if there is a problem we will address it. If pieces die off, we will replace them. That was a lie. They don't put ANYTHING in writing, only a monetary quote of sod cost and labor(should have been a red flag). I guess they weren't coming out monthly to treat because it should have been clear to a so-called professional that the sod wasn't coming back the following spring. When I inquired about how they would fix this, they strung me along, first not answering my messages, then leading me to believe I would be put in the schedule for someone to come take a look, no one ever did a thing to get us on the schedule or make an effort to address the error. When I asked for part of my money back they of course refused, but they did NOTHING to rectify their mistake. When I make a mistake in my service industry, have to pay out of my pocket to correct it. They just stopped communicating with me. This company is as incompetent as it gets!!

They arrived on time, spent extra time on the job, and were very friendly.

The team was very experienced and showed that they were subject mater expert when it came to landscaping. I am very happy with their recommendations and the my front yard turned out.

Extremely responsive and what I really appreciated was that they were engaged in the process. I was looking for input and suggestions and Jeff, the project manager, provided me with various options and suggestions. Once the work started, it was insane how hard they worked and how quickly they progressed. The outcome was way higher than my expectations. I could not recommend them more enthusiastically- fabulous!

I was pleased with their transparency and knowledge of the issues with my lawn. They fertilized and aerated my lawn. So far I am pleased the results, including their great communication.

This is a family owned and operated company. The diverse skill and landscape design expertise translates into a very amazing outcome. Since my project, over 10 of my neighbors have asked that Super Turf design and modify their properties with the picturesque landscapes and treatments like ours. This is hands-on talent backed by family pride and commitment.

Jeff and his team did an outstanding job pruning shrubs, cleaning and reshaping all pine beds, and installing clean pine straw with good color. I am very pleased with the completed job and definitely plan to consider Super Turf for additional landscape services in the future. B Brooks

Excellent knowledge of the landscaping business.... great vision and ideas. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
