Superb Job, LLC

Superb Job LLC is a window tint company that is supposed to be professional and Shaun Jennings, the owner, came to my home to tint my car windows. He charged an upcharge of $15 to come to my home. He tinted the windows which looked OK from outside the car at the time. I did not think to get in the car to check, I am not a professional, he is and should have told me to check, he is the PROFESSIONAL, or so he says. He did not give me a receipt stating he would send it to me when he got home as they were in his other truck. He did not, I called him 4 days later and he did not respond. Over a week later, he sent a text that I thought was a mistake as it had no identify info on it stating he would send it when he got home, he was out of town. Still no response and a week later I texted him and advised still no receipt and there was a problem with back window.He finally called and told me that I was "one of those customers" complaining. He cut the back window wrong and installed it anyway. When I said something about it, he said that it was my fault, that I was a bad customer! He was rude and nasty and then he told me that he was moving to Miami! He charged me $25 more for the lifetime warranty that he will not abide by since he does not live in Jacksonville anymore. He was extremely rude, telling me several times that I am a bad customer. He said that his mistake was just a personal preference on part. . NO ONE tints windows and leaves a large spot untinted on a back window. I have had several cars tinted before and have NEVER seen such horrible work. Then he told me to send photos of my other cars. ARE YOU SERIOUS? He did a horrible job with the back window, not cutting it properly, he sprayed water over my car on the inside and left it there. The windows were dirty, I cleaned them prior to him doing the tint. It looked like a small child did this work. When I tried to get him to repair the window, he kept telling me it was my fault he did such horrible work. I told him that it was not professional for a company to do a crappy job and then blame it on the customer, he then called me a racist. A racist!! because I did not like his work. This unprofessional rude contractor does not know anything about me, he thinks that he can just call what he thinks to be a white person racist when they don't like his work. ( PS he had NO IDEA what my race is) I called Home Advisor and advised of this issue. I did not want to trash this "kid" that claims to be a professional so I just wanted $65 back which would cover the back window and the warranty that he claimed was lifetime when he gave me NO WARRENTLY at all after paying him. He never responded. I am escalating the complaint through Home adviser and if there is no action as HOME Adviser claims they do, then I am left no choice but to file a complaint with the courts. I also noticed the tint is starting to bubble now as well. I passed over TWO white run companies that were cheaper to use a person of color and support the community and this is what happened. I feel that this "professional" was not professional and does not stand by his work, and he is abusive and threatening. Unfortunately do to his racist comments and rude threatening behavior, I can not have him come on my property. If you want a good window tint, DO NOT USE SUPER JOB LLC. If you choose to use him anyway, just be aware if you "appear" to be a white person, he is going to call you a racist and he thinks its ok to steal from what he thinks is a white person.
