Milton Marroquin is illegitimate illegal business owner he Runs a unprofessional Pool Service company without a State Contractors License nor does no even have a city business license in Fontana the city he calls home nor any neighboring cities like Rialto because of this, he scams all local cities and country of paying any taxes and followering proper city and state guidelines unlike all of us legitamate tax payers, He is very expensive and charges customers to pay up front before services are performed, he also takes days off especially holidays and makes customers pay for the full month if you decline to pay he will send you to this iligetamate collection agency called ULG / United Legal Group / Credit Collection Bureau with false claims adding outrageous fake dollar amounts simply to take advantage of elderly helpless people unfortunately for him I am not one these pour victims. Milton is breaking the law by simply not following city guidelines . Scum

This man was horrible! He acid was our pool and ended up staining our brand new pebble tech. Please make sure you don?t hire this rip off and if you are be prepared for things to get broken and your pool to get messed up.

Milton talks a good talk to get you on board. He knows absolutely NOTHING about pool repairs. Every week since we hired him for almost 9 months, we have had problems with our system. It s been one problem after another. Milton procrastinates on issues for repairs, then does a sloppy and terrible job. The last time we called to ask when our pool would be fixed, he hung up on us. He was rude and very unprofessional! I do not recommend Milton... he is not a SUPERHERO!
