My heater stopped working last night around 8PM. I tried calling three other companies and could not get anyone to answer the phone or call me back until I called Superior Air and someone actually answered the phone. Superior had a tech out within an hour. I needed a new ignitor and thankfully the tech had one on his van and had heater up and going in know time. Great service and company.

Superior air installed a new furnace AC Split unit replace an old one installed by another company from providing us the initial estimate to final post installation check were courteous neat clean up after themselves and we're very professional they may come in with a higher bid but they are worth it Superior air restored my confidence in HVAC companies after my previous experience with the other company let me just say that the other company had not sealed the pipes through the roof and never did a post installation walk through that was not the only problem with the other company

Yesterday Superior are repaired one of my AC units which failed are the hottest day of the year everything went very well from start to finish the office staff was friendly helpful and scheduled my appointment within a few minutes the service tech Roman arrive on time he was very efficient and very knowledgeable in addition he was very friendly and explained everything he was doing i've used Superior air many times in the past and I would recommend them highly

The sales personnel and installers were professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. Our installers, Usiel and Rafe, worked tirelessly in the heat to get things done, cleaned up all the debris and were pleasant to have in our home. Elizabeth was informative, patient and explained all options and why what we chose was the best for us. We couldn't be more pleased. Very pleased with the quality and service provided everything was easy from setting the appointment to understanding the technician the technician was very thorough and took the time to explain things in simple terms from the moment I opened the door he had a smile that remained all throughout the inspection.
