Never will understand why it takes so long to second measurement when ordering windows and then for the manufacturer to deliver the product. Should not have to ask to have the window stickers removed from the windows when they are installed. Especially windows high up near the vaulted ceiling. Otherwise excellent work.

We are happy with the windows. Installation went smoothly, the installers were professional. We really only had one complaint and that was the length of time it took from the time we paid 2/3 of the cost until the windows were installed- about 3 months, which was about 6-8 weeks longer than they told us. We found out that they didn't even submit the permit paperwork to our city until 5 weeks after we paid the 2/3 cost. We weren't truly in a hurry- the thing that bothered me was that they never once called us to keep us informed. We only found out any info by calling them and sometimes they gave us incorrect info and had to reexplain later. So customer service wasn't nearly as good as it appeared it might be from the professional behavior we had seen when they sold us the Windows. The Windows are very good and I would probably use them again.

From the initial consultation with Stewart to the completion of the project it was a top tier professional experience. It is also noteworthy that the installation is performed by employees of the company and not subcontractors. Would highly recommend!
