Our new asphalt driveway is a mess. It looks like a patchwork quilt. I don't know if the asphalt wasn't hot enough or if it sat too long or if they didn't use a heavy enough roller, or what, but you can see every seam, it is uneven, it has rocky/rough spots, and you can plainly see it is not right and it is not going to hold up.We called the owner John and asked that he come and look at it. He said we would have to wait for his son, Andy to do that. That was 3 weeks ago. I called again today. He had a difficult time understanding who I was and had no recollection of my husband's previous phonecall. I explained the problems we are seeing. He immediately became abrasive, argumentative and combative.I informed him that all I was asking for was someone to come and look at the asphalt, and told him I had asked others to look at it and that they agreed it was messed up. He started shouting at me, and then hung up. Wow. Super professional. Is there any way I can put pictures on here? The pictures would speak for themselves.A business professional stands by his work. I fully expected some push-back, but thought he would at least come and look at the work that was done before staunchly defending it and challenging my observations.Bottom line? We are less than impressed with the work and this business.

Very prompt and professional. Drive way looks great and no more water in garage thanks to landscaping done before pouring asphalt.

Honest and trustworthy. Very easy to deal with and has a great crew. They were always courteous of my time and paid great attention to detail. They did great work with my new driveway.
