They were efficient, on time, they finished on time, and did a good job, I have nothing to complain about.

We had 3 bids for a large driveway project. All three were in the same price point. But Rod took the time to talk us through the project and then sent us a bid by email. We followed up and then made plans to have the work done. He had a family emergency and we were set back a week, but he called to let us know and then showed up the next time as promised. He was able to do the work while we were on vacation, and then we settled up when we got back. Rod is honest and trustworthy and knows asphalt. The driveway looks great, and it updated and finished the appearance of our home. We would hire him again in a heartbeat. You should as well.

ROD DOES A FINE JOB

Good, fast work

Our paving project was challenging because our roads have been neglected had had severely deteriorated in a some locations. Rodney has experience and was able to give us cost effective solutions. He and his team were prompt and professional. Great quality and pricing. I highly recommend especially for challenging projects which require a high level of expertise and quality.

I appreciate that they showed up. A little disappointed that they don't patch a few cracks and told me I could use the driveway the same evening. It marred the driveway a bit. Decent job but not top notch.

Initially, I would have rated them higher especially for customer service. I called the 2 contractors that home advisor recommended on a Saturday or Sunday and Rodney from Superior Asphalt called me on Sunday (might have been Father's Day.). I was impressed that he called and then came by to look at our driveway on Sunday. He gave us a verbal quote and said he would have a written one when he came for the job. He had another job in Lakewood so he wanted to come here so after that one. We had to reschedule because we had our landscapers scheduled to bring some large boulders which we had been waiting for. Anyway, the day finally came after I had to call a couple of times and then had to remind him who I was and what our address was. Anyway, I just figured he was busy. When they came Rodney led his team and they started around 10 am. I came home from work and they were close to finished, but they were a little short and had to go get some more Asphalt. It looked great because it was still wet and shiny. We paid them and talked about coming back in late Sept to seal it. That's when Rodney said the rough portions would be filled in. Having never had a driveway done before I didn't know any better. After a few weeks or so, there was a good day and his son and maybe his wife came to seal the driveway. When they finished there were still some areas which were very inconsistent but Rodney wasn't available. We paid but after a few days we could see the job wasn't that good and tried calling to have someone look at it and correct the job. I called a couple times and got no return calls, my wife finally left a msg and said it was urgent. Rodney called her back and after she expressed dissatisfaction of the job and requested that someone come out and look at the job. Rodney said, "He wasn't going come all the way out here (Lakewood) from Graham to look at it, He said he would have some people come out and make it right. We're still waiting since 27 Sept and now we can't get through to leave a msg. We get a msg saying that the phone number can't receive calls, the says PPS 8160 or something like that. I wouldn't recommend Superior Asphalt.

Did not show up as contracted, nor did he call to say he would not be there. I called him. He said he was sick, but would come the next morning. Did not show up till 10:30. I was not pleased with his attitude, so I cancelled the job.

This company was very informative as to what was being done and why it was being done the team did an excellent job and Will recommend them to others looking for paving of any kind very professional at all times hard working team I will most certainly recommend them to others for. They will be very pleased with the work they receive . This company has now been placed in my permanent file.

We had an existing old driveway that needed repair and replacement, as well as a large gravel circular drive that we wanted paved. The job was done in a very professional manner with excellent results. We are extremely happy with our new driveway.

They were professional and friendly.

The seal coating machine broke down and the seal coating had to be applied by hand. The result was some of the seal coating was not as good where the machine was used.

Excellent company, very satisfied with their work.
