They changed the date they would install 3xs. The last time they told me that the awning had been made too short, and would have to be made again.

The sales person failed to advise me it was a problem to install the patio cover near my pepper tree. The tree shed, blocking any drainage. The rain gutter was so narrow it was impossible to clean out. It could have fallen under the weight with the backed up water. It was also installed at the wrong slope, creating another drainage problem. The cover also leaked in several locations. Repair crews came to fix the problem 8 times, but were never able to fix the poorly designed patio cover. The owner, Brian Hotchkiss, seemed to think it was ok, but I felt I was taken advantage of, but it is NEVER ok to take advantage of the elderly. I considered this an expensive lesson, and bordering on elder abuse.

Superior awning did a very professional job. They offered a good selection of colors for both the material and the frame. We were told it would take about three weeks to make our motorized awning but they actually took only two. All appointments took place on time and clean up was thorough.

My email to request an estimate was sent on a Saturday and responded to by the company president that same day. Remarkable. The work was completed as scheduled and on time.

Update: After my initial post the president of the company reached out and was very concerned. He had a team come out and redo the install to my satisfaction. Now I would highly recommend this company because that is really good service.

Replaced a sunsetter retractable awning cover. Looks great. Very nice people.

Kyle and company were wonderful! The installers did an amazing job and very professional. I can't believe how great they look and how much they have cut the heat from the sun. My AC rarely clicks on now!

They were very fast to come out and give me an estimate and then completed the job in a timely manner.

Get in line as we had to order awning parts, then wait 3 weeks for installation. Worth the wait as job was done in 1 day, demo, installation and cleanup. Very pleased with awning and it even seems to reflect sun, a cooling effect. Next test, when we get rains.
