The method they used is not best one. They almost did same thing what previous company did. Matter fact person was partner with previous company who did work for same issue.

Mr. Patel had a water control system in place when he purchased house. We inspected the existing system and found it to be the same as one of our systems. Yes, it was installed by a former partner long after we separated. The system was not installed according to industry standards; repairs/modifications would have cost almost as much as new, which comes with a 25 year warranty. Mr. Patel had additional seepage through the foundation where it meets the wood framing, which was not visible at the time of our initial service as it was covered by a finished wall. We returned following his phone call regarding seepage and discovered the issue; while it was not covered by the warranty, we did not charge for anything. We suggested a mason as it is not our area of expertise; instead, Mr. Patel contacted our competitor, who criticized the product. This should have been no surprise and must have resulted in his comments of "the method they used is not the best". Other than feedback regarding criticism from a competitor, we have never heard from Mr. Patel regarding issues with the water control system since we brought the foundation concern to his attention. It is understandable that he was upset with the comments from a competitor, but not sure what else he would have expected. We responded quickly and respectfully to any communication or request from the moment he originally contacted us.

Was very happy with there work and if a problem showed up they came back and fixed what was wrong or not working . Have gotten no water in basement sence they put in system in in June

Repaired 2 cracks in basement wall that have been producing water in my basement for years. Thus far 2 rainstorms that in the past would have caused water to be in my basement hae not done so. His charge for repairs was thousands of dollars less expensive than my 2 other estimates. George and his helper appeared a scheduled and completed the job in short order. His outstanding reviews from others certainly are warranted and I highly recommend him.

In two days the basement went from being damp and smelly to a dry and once again usable space. I highly recommend that you call Superior Basement Water Control if you have any issues with a wet basement.

Pleasant hard working men excavated in our basement to install a new sump pump and pvc pipe to take the water out of the house. We were clearly told about the problems that they encountered with this project so that we could decide to change the original contract and take care of the surprises

Great company to work with. George inspected our basement and came up with optimal solutions. Project wasn't cheap, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! We are thrilled with the results and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company!!
