Scott was very thorough with our home purchase inspection and provided us with critical information about the home. There were numerous important issues that we were unaware of and could not have seen during our walk through home showing. I will hire Scott again in the future and I am comfortable recommending him to friends and family. Jim

Scott did a thorough home inspection and was great answering questions and helping with future projects. I am in real estate business and my clients had inspection with him before. Now I did inspection for myself and was very pleased. I would highly recommend Scott for your next home inspection.

Was impressed with Superior Home Inspection Was educated during the complete home inspection process. The inspection was explained in such a manner that it was easy to understand what and why things were being looked at. Inspector was very professional and polite. Took the time to listen and explain answers to my questions. I walked away from the inspection with better insight of the house that i purchased. Inspector was on time.

We contracted Superior from previous client and friend who referred Scott to us. We are highly satisfied with the quality inspection and pinpoint advise by Scott. He was flexible in scheduling and up front with timeline and expectations. He did a very thorough inspection and prepared the home inspection report with very logical organization by applying digital photos and symbols. He is very helpful and did fantastic in suggestive recommendations. If any colleagues, friends and family are in need of an inspection in the future, we won t hesitate for a second to recommend Superior. In fact, we will insist. He is the best in class and this is clearly a passion, not just a paycheck. Trust us, our expectations are high. Adam and Andrea

He found lots of little things wrong with the house, because he went into great detail during the inspection. As a result, I have a guide on what needs fixing up.
