Simone and her crew did an outstanding job cleaning up after a very messy construction project. They washed the floors multiple times to remove all of the dust and cleaned the condo completely. I highly recommend their work. Excellent!!

Simone said top to bottom work, 100% satisfaction garantee We agreed on a price, then a few hours into the job, she added almost 10% to the bill because the fridge was dirtier than she thought. She excused the dirty spots on the floor, saying the house will never be perfect after the first cleaning. She outright refused to clean the shelves in the pantry, even after I persisted that I was not satisfied. Claims pantry isn't included in a post construction clean up. She did not clean the fan to my satisfaction, visible dust on blades still. When I pointed it out, she suggested I buy an extending brush and clean it myself. Didn't clean the dust from a large chandelier, which I didn't catch until after she left. Terrible experience.
