We also offered, on the day of the project, to continue to work on any areas of concern, and you told us you were happy with the results. "Good evening, Robert. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. First of all, none of our technicians smoke marijuana, and we drug test randomly each month. We do not deny having problems with our equipment on the day of your project, although we only charge you for the work that was actually done. We reached out to you by email shortly after the project to make arrangements to come back out and finish the job, and you declined. I am sorry you were not pleased with the project, but I'm sure you know that equipment malfunction happens. You can call us at any time, and we would be glad to come back out to finish the job!!"
