Superior Cleaning

Horrible! They ruined my floor. I had to hire another professional to replace the grout that they were supposed to clean. They actually removed the top layer, leaving it black underneath, chipped several tiles, and left kitchen still dirty. Do NOT hire them! Unprofessional, irresponsible, ruined my floor!

Two young kids and rush job.

All though it is hard to believe our carpets are more dirty now them before they cleaned them - we also have blue lines that were not there before called to schedule them to come back & rectify the problem-today was the scheduled redo and they were a no show - I called and spoke to the owner twice & then left 3 messages and have yet to get a response, still hoping for a response & resolution to this problem

I wanted a quote to clean my ceramic tile kitchen floor and tile floor and shower surround in a small bathroom. The kids who came to clean were very nice but everything had to go through Brent on the phone they were not equipped to deal with customers. My biggest issue is everyone wants to look "local" when you are trying to get quotes, but frequently they come from an hour or more away as this place did. He was mad on the phone because I wanted more quotes and kept coming down on the price which always indicates a weird business practice anyway.... I went with them because I just wanted to be done and I felt bad for the kids who came to do the work. In hind site, never go with the first place, and ask on the phone what town they will be coming from. Lesson learned. Also, in the phone he said he hoped I appreciated what a great deal he was giving me...they were here for about 1.5 hours and it was $450 plus tax...the dealing that he "three in" took 10 minutes, and I asked for a receipt but never got one. Not a fan.

Amazing work! Showed up as promised, called day before to confirm time, explained project in great detail then got the job done!

I had a need for my attic (36 ft of carpet, stairs, and three pieces of furniture) to be cleaned after a kids party. They scheduled me for the next morning, were there on time, and done in just two hours. They even moved the furniture around so I didn't have to take it out of the room.

We had a very positive experience today. Gabe explained the carpet cleaning in detail and his price was fair.Eddie, who cleaned ourcarpets,was polite, cooperative, and very thorough. The young men who helped him move furniture to prepare for the carpet cleaning were polite and careful. Very professional workers - we are pleased with the results.

We gave superior cleaning a HARD day’s work! Our new home was dirty top to bottom, they spent hours cleaning it to become livable! We cannot be more thankful! Eddie, ally and ally did and amazing job!!!! We hope to use them again in the future!

Workers left a mess on the floors. Didn't clean window sills thoroughly. Didn't put things back where they found them - window shades, ladder, hose. Disappointed considering price paid. Update - Gabe has offered to help make this right, which is much appreciated. Updated review pending. Update - While I appreciate that Gabe offered to have my windows touched up based on the poor job that was done, I continue to have a very bad experience. I had a 12:00 appointment and when no one showed up by 1:00, I called and was told that my appt window was between 12-1. The workers had a big job an hour away from my house and I would get a call back regarding status. I called again at 2:00 when I got no call back and they were still on the job site. So at the earliest, they would be at least 3 hours late to my appointment which was scheduled to "help make my original bad experience right." It had the opposite effect. I also think that it's worth noting that Gabe had asked me to take down my original poor rating when he had offered to come back. That's why I noted updated review status is pending. As someone who looks at reviews before making a decision, it is worth noting that the other high star ratings for this company may not be an accurate reflection of the complete experience. Also, the workers told me that they accepted only cash or check as payment. I see now on the website "all major credit cards accepted." So which one is it? I would not recommend them at all.
