Floor did not look good when they finished. They came back and put another coat on and it still did not look very good. 6 months later the coating started peeling up under my motorcycle tire! When we contacted them and sent them pictures they said we must have spilled something on the floor to cause this to happen and it would not be covered under any warranty! There was never anything spilled on the floor! We ended up hiring another company to come in and remove their coating (which scraped up easily) and do the job right for 1/3 of the price that these guys charged! I would not recommend this company at all!

Dennis and his crew at Superior Industrial, Commercial & Residential Coatings did an outstanding job at our church. Each of them brought a high level of product knowledge, technique, and quality expectations that surpassed our own. These are certainly the guys that you want to fashion your concrete coating project.

The poolroom flooring was done well & we're pleased. However, Mr. Litherman led us to believe he was knowledgeable about our project & could complete the job by painting up to & just over the lip of the pool. That job was shoddily done & began peeling almost immediately. Twice more he came out, ground off the paint & re-did the job. Each time, the paint began peeling shortly. He blamed the pool saying there was a "pre-existing moisture problem" (It's a POOL!) but for $750 he could re-do it with another substance (one he should have used in the first place?).

I've only spoken with Mr. LItherland by phone, but he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. I will contact him again if our new home project requires his services.

VERY GOOD!! DID RECOMMEND HIM TO FAMILY, YES & WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. DESPITE WEATHER - GOT JOB DONE.
