Superior Construction Systems

It took over 6 months to get the job done and he did a very good job, BUT He was extremly slow and he had half my money. I think he under bid the job. I would not recommend him or use him agian.

We hired superior construction and they did a good job with the roof but put the wrong color cap shingles on. They haven't been out to fix the problem they were very poor about returning phone calls. There were other things that were not done according to contract that we noticed and then they made excuses about. Although the price was right you get what you pay for. I couldn't recommend them. We have filed a claim with the Better business bureau and made multiple attempts to contact them with no return phone calls. Very poor customer service and we did not recieve the warrenty information that they promised us as well. Uunfortunately out of good faith we paid them in full. Initially we withheld some of the payment and they came out to se the problems (John agreed with us and noted it on our contract, set a date to come and fix it so we trusted them and paid them since I know they come from far away.) Now we can't get the situation resolved so we had to file a claim with the better business bureau. We are still hoping it can be resolved.

I would hire them again if I need help. Initially, they came out and repaired my roof because squirrels were getting below it and nesting. After their repairs, I still heard noise....so they came back out and rechecked their work to my satisfaction. They were concerned that the customer was satified with their work. They did an excellent job. And the pricing was very reasonable.
