February, 2024: I will not use any other construction company other than Superior Construction. After over 30 years of being a homeowner, I have finally found a construction company I can trust. They treat our home and property like itâ s their own! Their customer service is unmatched. Prior to using Superior Construction, I lost a significant amount of money from another contractor. They came right in and successfully built a very challenging 2 story deck which other contractors declined. Neighbors comment how nice our deck looks. I am so impressed with how fast they do the work with the amazing quality they provide - an extremely hard combination to find. They were always open to suggestions and the workers were very professional and had an excellent attention to detail. Ken and Dwight, the owners, checked the progress every day! With how well they built the 2 story deck (absolutely beautiful as well as strong), I eagerly hired them for additional work that I also needed done. This included a roof replacement, new gutters, a stone walkway to connect the front and back of the house as well as new drainage for the entire property. We also just included a remodeling inside our home. I wish I knew of them sooner. If you are struggling to find a reliable and affordable construction company as I did, l couldnâ t recommend this company highly enough. At the very least, you should contact them for a free quote. This review has been given freely by me with no monetary incentive from the contractor. They are now like family to us.

We paid 50% in advance, $5,100 for new windows and to paint our house after we had them build a deck for us, which we found out later the deck has issues, but that is a different review. It has taken 4 months since we paid the deposit to get the windows... We're still missing one window and one has a nice large scratch and two others have lines between the panes. The window portion of the invoice was $4200. And painting the house was $6,000. We hired someone else to paint the house because it had new siding and we simply couldn't wait any longer to protect it with paint. So, we are owed $900 and nobody in the company will address this and we have requested politely several times. It is terrible because I am the most patient person and my patience has been greatly taken advantage of by this company. If we have to we have to take this to small claims court, that will be our next step. I will update this review if we get anywhere with this company.

They did not produce what was promised, they requested payment in full before the project even began, the contract stated that the payment had to be in three parts.

Great service and great price

They came, they looked, they gave me an estimate. Several days latter I called and told them to start. They installed it over the weekend and it looks good. Can give no other rating. Give me a couple of months to see the roof in action; then I can say more

The work was done quickly and the customer service was excellent. My roof looks better than the original roof. I would recommend this company. Honest, reliable and responsive.

Workmanship could have been a little better after completing the roof. Cleanup could have been better, but was not bad by any means. I'm just picky.

Awesome company to do business with very professional. Installed my roof in 4 hours I was very impressed with the owners. I will hire them again for future projects! Thank you!
