Overall the product was good. When it rains, I will see how well the work holds and works, so at this point, I do not have thoughts about the effectiveness of the gutters. I am looking forward to the next rain so I will know for sure. However, they look great. I love the color and the overall installation. It was the customer service that was SORELY lacking. There were four issues: 1. They did not solidify the time of day they would do the work. We set an original date of Sept 5, realized that was Labor Day, then verbally agreed several days before, to do the work on the 6th. But we did not agree on a time, so I called/texted leading up to that day and also on that day, but there was no response. In the end, I did not know when they would show up. And then I began to wonder since we did not set a time, IF they would show up. They showed up mid-morning, and I happened to hear them outside. 2. Prior to the day of the work, I asked for an additional piece of woodwork which they provided. And I am thankful for that. But the workers came with the old contract that did not reflect that change. I paid the extra cost for the wood because of the verbal agreement I made with the supervisor. However, I wanted, and still want, for my records, an updated contract to reflect all the work. 3. They broke one of my yard lights during the job. The supervisor said they would replace it. I haven't heard from them since. 4. When the work was done, we had a question about the length of the gutter that extended into the yard. We have given up on this part and asked our landscaper to assist with this, which he has. So someone else fixed this issue instead of superior gutters. I wrote and sent a text with images, and I made a phone call regarding these issues. When I did not get a response, I texted again and called again. I texted again, but to this day, I have not received a return text or phone call or an email.... At all, and today is October 12. It has felt like they got the money, did the work and did not care about anything after that. So I am fairly happy with the quality of the work, though the next heavy rain will determine exactly how happy I will be with it. What has stayed with me the most is the lack of follow up and the complete silence I have received since I have reached out. Joyce.
