Superior Door service work was far, far, far less then superior. I couldn�t begin to even associate the word �Quality� with the type of work they did, or didn�t do. I was quoted a price of 867.00 to remove, repair and replace one 6� and one 8� patio sliding doors with a fabricated flashing under each door. The Superior estimator told me that he was 99% certain that to remove the two doors the shutters and entire door frame had to be removed. The work was over estimated and was nothing more than an overpriced door repair. The estimator presented all of the appropriate documentation about his company, emphasizing the company�s 30 year experience base. His office staff was very helpful and courteous. I felt that if you quote a job based on the level of effort that it takes to complete the task and then find the job was not as complex and required less effort or work then the price should be reduced commensurate with the level of work needed to get the job done. The estimator did offer a 75.00 discount any future door work, but in my estimation, that wasn�t enough to remedy the disparity between what was charged and the amount of work that was done. Unfortunately, based on the poor performance, quality of work and experience I had I wouldn�t use this company again, nor recommend Superior Door to anyone else.

It is refreshing to have good reliable service and follow-up. I received a phone call as requested when the technician was on his way. The door was fixed and works great! We waited too long to call.

I needed a spring replaced. Superior Door and Window scheduled an appointment the same day. The technician arrived on time and was quick and competent. I would use this company again.

Sales did not communicate with installers. Insatallers were good considering what they walked into. Install job was a 3 out of 5. Asked sales to give estimate on two other projects and never heard back. Price was high considering what I got. Sales was to supply a custom door set and sent stndard set and forced installers to customize on-site. Center door seal is on inside. We'll see if it leaks. I expected a primed door and got bare wood that had to be dealt with immediately. Not sure if that was my fault or not but I would have guessed the custom door would have been primed (as the other contractor promised).

Very good experience. The tech was very professional and courteous. Happy with the outcome, just not sure it was worth the $200 I paid for rollers and a 20 minute service.

I hired them to repair a gate opener (first priority) and a garage door opener. The person who came to fix the garage door (a day late) said he was not the person who could fix the gate opener. That person would contact me the following week and I would NOT have to pay a separate service charge. After several weeks, I contacted Superior again. Shane came out 12/28, sprayed the fence and operator with lubricant, it worked once. No attempt was made to open either motor box. 40 minutes later, it did not work. I called immediately and reported that it was not working. After repeated calls back, they tell me now on 3/19, they are not interested.

The company did 2 jobs for me. A garage door and a sliding door. Very pleased with both!!!!!!

I was somewhat disappointed in the fact that the serviceman only brought one kind of garage door opener . . so to get it repaired, buy this one (the most expensive choice) or do not get it fixed today. ERIC also seemed more interested in having us replace a steel door with a NEW steel door (??). It needs cleaning and lubrication which we did ourselves. Lifetime Warranty was mentioned to induce my son to go with the one he had . . .later when he spoke to me, "the old door may cause the belt to fail and that will be all on you for not replacing the door". YES, it is fixed, and YES, fixed quickly, but I was not comfortable with the process.
