Finally getting in touch with Superior via phone was a little confusing. I talked to a routing service first I think - I am not sure; then I talked to a 'secretary' perhaps, then an electrician? The electrician himself was very good, very polite, worked diligently, listened, worked quickly, cleaned up after.
