Quick response to my initial call. Extremely late to do the actual work. I was pleased with the workmanship and thought that the prices were fair. I would have rated this contractor a 5 if the business practices were intact. I was not told in advance that there was a $150.00 service call fee. I would have appreciated a review of policy and procedures for payment options. Otherwise, the workers were personable and I was pleased with the overall worksmanship

On 8/9/2013, I contracted and paid the required $6000 deposit for the installation of 17kw Generator. The signed contract agreement has the completion date approximated on 10/12/2013 (a two month project which Travis assured would occur before that date). I'm writing this on April 1st, 2014, but believe me, this is not an April Fool joke. Nearly EIGHT MONTHS after the contract date, this job is STILL NOT COMPLETED. Travis AND his team were ALL very pleasant and professional. I liked that I had his cell number so I could get in contact with him. The project went longer than planned but the work was great and response time to any calls or emails was fast. They did not try to upsell me anything other than what I needed/required. Definitely glad I found this company. I will call this company for all of my future electrical work and I feel comfortable referring them to friends and family.

Except for some scheduling problems and the project taking much longer than originally planned everything was done well. Travis is very professional and responsive. I would definitely use his services again.

I believe my home was the furthest distance they had to install a Generac generator. Travis and his crew did a fine job, they all were pleasant to work with and any constructive advice I offered was accepted willingly. The job was completed a couple of months ago. Due to the long delivery time from Generac, the project took a long time that was properly estimated. The unit is installed and working and every time I email or called Superior, they responded very quickly, even on Sunday.The pricing was high but that was largely due to the manufacturer not Superior.

These guys know their stuff! Very good work - they go aove and beyond for their customers! They always follow up and make sure youunderstand exactly what they are doing!

Professional, no hassle installation. They took care of every aspect of the installation from securing all the individual contractors and obtaining all the necessary permits. They made a potentially daunting installation, a pleasant experience.

Travis is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant, and TRUSTWORTHY. The job is completed today, and has passed all the required Marlboro Township inspections. One big plus in this whole transaction and experience is the pleasure of reaching Travis promptly - a telephone away, which is rare case in the modern customer service. We are looking forward to a relaxed, reassured and safe condition in case of the electrical outage.

I signed the contract today. Not much else to report as yet since the project hasn't started yet. Contractor Travis seems very nice, competent and it was nice to meet with the owner of company to answer my questions. I'll provide further feedback after project is completed.
