Not happy. The wall is still leaking.

The customer service was great. However their crack repair did not hold up. Also, I thought I was getting and Epoxy Injection Crack repair, but instead it was hydraulic cement. The cement patch looked good, but that process does not work for interior crack repairs. I should have refused the repair when I realized they did not do epoxy injection. So I didn t bother to call them back out to repair it after it leaked.

Stay away from this business! They seemed knowledgeable before I hired them but everything else was a disaster. The tuckpointing job was done quickly and sloppily and didn't match my existing mortar at all. When I told them I wasn't satisfied with their work they told me they would come out and fix it but weeks went by without them showing up. Finally, when I was getting ready to sell my house I provided the lien waiver the company gave me to the title company, and the title company told me the lien waiver wasn't even written properly. I then contacted the company again and asked them to provide a corrected Lien Waiver and a receipt. They then tried arguing with me telling me that the title company was wrong! Finally, they stopped returning my texts, phone calls, and also ignore phone calls from both title companies and real estate agents. I was almost not able to close on the sale of my house because of their poor customer service. HomeAdvisor should not be recommending this company.

This contractor does not return calls. You can't get a hold of him or count on him to finish the job that he started.

Do not do business with these scammers!! They deliberately contracted to do tuckpointing on my house, but all they did was slapped mortar on my porch leaving an eyesore, leaving mortar on the walkway and then claimed to have finished the job in four hours!! They won't return phone calls as their voice mailbox is full. I trusted HomeAdvisors to present credible contractors. Now I'm forced to file a civil suit against these scammers. Don't do business!!!

I needed tuck pointing and relaying some missing bricks on my parapet walls and chimneys. They came out they finished about 3 hrs . The guy texted me its done and ready for the payment. I paid them with my credit card not knowing what they have done up there because I'm not a guy to take the ladder up the roof. So whole reason I got tuck pointing was to finish the roofing. Roofers came out to finish up the roofing to install dry-pin against the wall. They sent me photos that they missed a lot of spots and also just spread mix of cement all over the wall and called it done . They never even touched my chimneys! Scammer. Don't trust these guys. Never using them again. I tried to call them but voice message is full. They wont call you back . Im reporting this company as a fradulent transaction.

Asked for a receipt for the service performed. Tried to call, but the voice mailbox was full. Couldn't leave a message. Still haven't received a receipt. The work was great. No problems there.

Showed up on time and seemed to know their business.

Very easy to hire, gave bid and quickly did the work.
