They did exactly what was needed on our old brick house! They were prompt and professional. Very happy with the work and the price! Would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them .

I have attempted to contact this company many times for a receipt/confirmation of work done on my chimney area! NO reply! When I called the number said mail box full. I am concerned the work I contracted them to do was not done properly, (just by my views). It is difficult to see on the roof/chimney area what was actually accomplished. I asked to someone to come out from the company to check the work completed! They have IGNORED all my requests! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! NOT reliable and believe they WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK!!! And as much, their work is messy/sloppy and I have chunks of mortar in the downspouts and on the ground. I have a 20 year guarantee but at this point I am wondering if it is even valid.

They were quick to respond. Did a professional and efficient job at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT HIRE. I hired Inferior Exterior on two different jobs. They messed both of them up but this specific one I am reviewing is for tuckpointing the top 5 ft of an old brownstone building in St Louis city. I hired them because they quoted me a competitive price and based off of the positive reviews I found on this site. I am also a contractor and renovator myself and am always looking for quality work at competitive prices. Well, they had the price right, that was it. The work was beyond terrible. I am not sure they have ever tuckpointed anything in their life. They did not grind out all of the mortar joints as according to the paperwork in their bid, they merely tapped it out with a hammer and chisel and not a thorough job at that, then they proceeded to smear mortar all along the top 5 feet of the building all over the brick. They got much more mortar on the brick itself then they did in the joints. They said they could come back and wash this which they attempted to do with a muriatic acid solution. It did not work whatsoever and I am left with a building that looks much worse than before they started. In addition, they sprayed this acid solution all over my brand new metal ac unit and damaged it. Honestly, the work is beyond terrible and when I asked them to come back and fix it, radio silence, no callbacks, and they have completely ignored my messages. I am now left with a building that I have to fix myself and a pending lawsuit. DO NOT HIRE these guys. They are NOT professionals and scammers. INFERIOR EXTERIOR

Jordan and his crew were awesome! I had a time sensitive tuck pointing project and they were able to work me into their schedule. Jordan even showed me why the brick work had failed despite me having it done just a few years previously with a different company. I felt very good about the quality of their work. They were professional, friend,y, cleaned everything up and went over everything with me st the end of the job. Jordan had previously done concrete work for one of my neighbors. When I told her I was using them she also said what great work they did st her house. I highly recommend Superior Exterior!
