Price quoted was competitive but wheels fell off the wagon when their Sales guy Juan left the company. Project was delayed and I had to call the owner to schedule all the work. The crew that did the window replacement was excellent. The painting job was acceptable. The owner did give a little break on the final invoice. Good help is hard to come by and it's probably best to work with the owner directly at some point before signing the contract so when there is a turnover, you'll know who to contact.

Don't waste your time with them. Scott, who sold us the windows and gutters never showed up once while the work was being done. The amount they quoted us, changed after we signed the initial contract. They conveniently forgot to add a window. The gutters were installed without a cover and the downspouts were supposed to flip up. The window trim looks horrible. The windows were not cleaned after they were installed. Hand prints and sticky residue were all over the windows. I was told we would need to clean them and paint over the trim to make it look better. Basically, they want me to finish the job I'm paying them to do.

"Dear Valued Customers, Superior Exteriors MN Inc (SE) has been in business since 2005 and has a total of two BBB complaints including this complaint I?m responding to. (consumer name withheld per their request) contact SE to provide them with an estimate to replace all the window in their newly purchased home. (consumer name withheld per their request) contracted SE to install six window inserts (not full frame including new extension jams and casing around the windows). As a special incentive, SE stated they would install 176 feet of gutter and downspouts and provided financing for their purchase. SE installed the windows, 164 feet of gutters and gutter apron (because they didn?t have any) and 65 feet of downspouts. A few days after the install was complete (consumer name withheld per their request) called with a punch list of items. 1. Windows needed to be cleaned 2. Interior stops were loose. SE hired a window cleaning company to clean every window in their house and sent the installer back to address the interior stops. Mr. (consumer name withheld per their request) was not present and Mrs. (consumer name withheld per their request) wasn't clear on what her husband wanted addressed. The following week SE called (consumer name withheld per their request)with the installer present to try to schedule another time to come out. SE also explained that the previous owner had painted all the window jams with very inexpensive paint that they were not properly sanded prior to painting which resulted in paint chipping away during the install. SE offered to send its installer out and review options to address their concerns. (consumer name withheld per their request) declined the offer. In addition he still owes SE $1000.00"

I did not have them do the siding yet but they did replace my roof. Juan was so helpful & easy to work with. Answered my many questions. the workers were polite & efficient. they came at about 8 am & were done by 2pm same day.

Not sure why this is categorized under blown-in insulation. We hired them for windows and siding. Update: We did receive our touch up paint for the windows. I haven't had a chance yet to see if it is a good match vs. what they put on before. Overall there were a lot of bumps during this project which is why I am not changing some of the below comments, but they ultimately got the job done and we like the look of our "new" home, which is why I changed the rating to a 4. They started in January 2017 and still are not done as of July 26,2017. The project was for 11 windows and siding on a roughly 2800 square foot house and garage. Seven months now and all they have left is to touch up the paint on the exterior windows and to touch up stain on the interior trim. They have told us several times they would "be out this week" to finish that. That's been the reply for 3 months and now they aren't even getting back to us. The owner called us several times throughout the project asking for a progress payment. We simply stated that we would provide the final payment, per the contact, once all work was complete. We were called "unreasonable" when we didn't comply with his request for more money. When all that was left was the touch up work to the paint and stain, we mailed our final payment. That was clearly a mistake and we should not have paid them, but this seemed like a minor thing and we trusted they would follow-up on this minor detail. Will update this review in a couple of weeks if anything changes.

Once we receive the paint and stain, I will update the review. I could go on and on in regards to this customer but i will take the high road and say SE did very thing he requested or i would not have been paid. (purchasing $7500 in additional windows without a payment it not a progress payment....it is a down payment)."

Pricing was comparable to other estimates and Juan did a great job showing and explaining the differences in product options. I got all new vinyl siding and the color (portsmouth blue I think it was called) looks fantastic and varies shades well in different lighting. The job was handled quickly once weather delays ceased, the crew was great, very friendly and the work seems solid all around.

Juan was our salesperson. We absolutely adore working with him! He's incredibly personable, honest, kind, and best of all, straightforward. If you're about to make a mistake, he'll be the first to tell you! Before signing the contract, we communicated with Juan multiple times to obtain answers to nearly 50 questions that we came up with, and he patiently and honestly answered all of them, even providing a schematic of what the work might look like once completed! We met with him in person twice, to obtain a quote/estimate, as well as to sign the contract, and also met, via conference call, the owner, who is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. As with any project, especially in Minnesota in the winter, delays in order arrival occurred, but we were kept updated by Juan throughout the ordering process. Once the order arrived, a team of three individuals had our entire house completed within 10 working days, two of which fell on an observed federal holiday! A couple snags occurred along the way, but Juan and his team of professionals handled each issue with composure and tact, resolving the issues as soon as feasible (it's not their fault we had a polar vortex AND an ice storm AND a thunderstorm hit unexpectedly in December!). We are very impressed and have already recommended Superior Exteriors to several of our friends and neighbors! Timeline: Initial Quote: 10/08/2016; Question period (10 to 12 long emails) and Contract Signing: 11/01/2016; Financing Discussions: 11/07/2016; Order placed for necessary supplies: 11/07/2016; Order received: 12/19/2016; Work Completed 12/30/2016.

We had a fantastic experience with Superior Exteriors. They very very clear and up-front during the estimation process and stayed in contact with us throughout the project, including being on site and actively engaged for the actual tear-off and new roof installation. They answered all our questions and went out of their way to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. All-in-all, well worth the price.

I am one of four tenants in a townhome association which contracted Superior Exteriors ("Superior"Â) to install a new roof, siding, soffit and fascia in June 2016. The primary reason the association chose Superior was due to their bid, which came in significantly lower than two other competitors for substantially the same materials and warranty. Two tenants were also able to secure financing through Superior. Construction began in June and was completed by July. I was pleased that it took less than two weeks to begin construction once we had agreed on a contract. I would also note that the laborers were respectful and hardworking. Overall, the new units look fantastic and have garnered praise from a number of neighbors.

on the initial estimate visit, the owner was present.i knew we would get a honest price.everything was talked about and agreed upon at that visit.we got 3 more estimates, and they weren't even close ,the amount of work to be done and the quality of materials to be used.juan is a class guy,he puts the customer above all else,we were glad he was on our side

This was the cheapest estimate we had and they were not doing the hard-sell The overall work was great and done really quick. The only reason it is a four is they didn't clean up the nails from the ground. I've found over 60 nails We did have some hiccups on communication, where the siding we chose was special order, which we needed to try contacting several times to find this out. However, when the siding company delivered the wrong order to our house, our contact was right on it, coming out to our house and getting the correct siding the next day in time for the workers to complete the job on schedule

Our windows installed by the MAC Soundproofing program failed miserably. Superior did an excellent job in carefully explaining alternatives, cost, what the installation would entail and financing options. I never felt I was being pushed to decide or do more than I wanted. The installation was smooth, love my new windows and our salesman, Juan, was terrific from start to finish. Will definitely use them to replace balance of Windows as $$'s allow!

They're prompt. They Started immediately. They started at 730am done by 1pm. Good work. The other items they completed cutting new vents and bathroom venting where completed in about an hour about 2 days later.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Superior Exteriors. When we requested a free estimate using Home Advisor, they called us to schedule to set up a time to look at my roof almost immediately. They came out to our house and thoroughly inspected the roof. They crawled into the attic to check for any leaks. When we sat down to talk business, they were able to give insightful suggestions for chimney flashing and vent repositioning on our roof. They showed their expertise with shingles, ventilation, flashing and underlayment and earned our trust. They gave use a fair estimate and were able to work with us on financing. After we made a deal, they were able to arrange a crew to remove the old roof and install a new roof within days. On the day of the roof installation, the crew and materials arrived promptly in the morning. The crew worked diligently, methodically and carefully. They had the old roof off before my wife and I left for work. By the time we got home late that afternoon, the new roof was installed and the crew had left without a trace. Both Nick and Juan communicated with me every step in the process. They reassured our anxieties and treated us with care and respect. I would recommend Superior Exteriors to anyone.

Graham from Superior Exteriors was great help. He made the process super easy. He worked with my insurance company to get my roof and siding paid for. He bent over backwards to make sure I got everything I deserved on the claim, and worked with State Farm to make sure my discontinued roof and siding matched on all four sides. I gladly went ahead and replaced all of my windows via retail, because they badly needed to be done. He brought over many different products to review, such as: Marvin Integrity, Pella 350 series, 450 series and the Pella Impervia. I ended up going with the Pella 450 series proline windows. They have improved the look of my home and have made it much more energy efficient. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and quality products.

We were so excited and scared about doing this project. They came in and went through the whole process with us from start to finish and made my husband and I feel so much more comfortable in doing this! Then when the work started everything went extremely smooth. They did everything they said they were going to do. Now our house is complete and it looks amazing! From the beginning, my rep was very courteous and was not pushy. He showed us many different options, to which we chose to go with LP SMartside for our home. They did some designs to show us what it would look through a computer design. The install was on time and the installers were clean and respectful. I would recommend Superior Exteriors to anyone.
