Quick and great service

I had a gate installed on an existing chainlink fence. It was done in an afternoon for about $500.

Quality work at a reasonable price. We got a lot of quotes for a fence in our backyard, which is a steep hill. Some contractors even said they could not do it. Superior Fence beat all the quotes and did an amazingly quick installation that was perfect.

The fence was installed in 1 and a half days. It looks good and was done exactly how I wanted it. The price was great and they even gave me a upgraded posts for free. It did take almost 3 weeks for them to start the work from the date of the quote, but they did tell me it would be 2 weeks. Customer service responded to any calls promptly. I would recommend you will not be disappointed.

The crew did a great job, and when we had a few problems arise, they were helpful and came back out to fix them.

The installer was great but the office staff didn't call us for ten day after I signed the contract. I finally had to call the sales person for to shcedule the install. Even then they mixed up that date and called, days later, to offer an appointment. Far too much stress for such an easy project. We will recommend another company to others.

Fence didn't look exactly as we expected, but seems to be built sturdy enough. Does the job it was built for.

I *HATE* to give a bad review. The service before the sale was excellent, attentive, etc. The fence was constructed and looks great, and was completed within two days. However, during construction I requested that the supervisors come to my property so that I could discuss a change, never showed. Also, the workers cut through my neighbor's invisible fence and damaged our sprinkler system. We were assured it was fixed but it wasn't resulting in our having to pay another vendor to repair it. We cannot get calls returned from Superior Fence.

Superior Fence responded very quickly. I needed a fence installed in order to purchase a new home and I needed it done in about two days. Superior Fence did it quickly, accurately, and very professionally. They were extremely helpful. The quality of the work is good. My wife and I are pleased with our fence.

I received an inspection and estimate within 24 hours. Although there were unavoidable scheduling obstacles and through misunderstanding only half the project was completed at first, two fence repairs on opposite sides fo the property, the work was completed withing five days and Superior Fence representatives kept me advised of repair schedules on a timely basis. The workmanship was excellent and you have to look very carefully to determine where the repairs were made.

Gave wrong quote on job after countless communications on project. The description on the estimate was not explained clearly and estimator made bad assumptions that were not clarified with me. After being very upset with the sales rep, no other upper management would talk to me. They offered me no such compensation for the work done, but they did offer to finish the job for a lower price (the price was what other fencing companies were offering). I wish I would have gone with the company that I had finished the project.
