I contracted Lee Morgan, d.b.a. "Superior Fencing" to fence my back yard for my dogs. The agreed upon and signed contract was for approximately 140' of 5 foot tall "horse fence" as Lee calls it, with two gates: one 48' wide over a sidewalk and a double, eight foot wide gate for vehicle access. I paid Lee $1000.00 up front with an agreed upon start date. That date came and went. After four days, I contacted Lee to find out that he had forgotten about the job. We agreed on another date. His crew should up and completed the job in one day. I paid Lee the balance. I should have inspected the work before I paid in full. Instead of a 5 foot tall fence, they installed a 4 foot tall fence. The latch on the pedestrian gate opens by pushing downward on a long lever, not acceptable for retaining dogs. The same hardware was installed on the vehicle gate, but the craftsman is so poor that all you have to do is slap the gate and it pops open. I contacted Lee and voiced my concerns. He agreed to stain the fence and correct the latch and gate problems to make up for the error in fence height. He has never shown up to make good. Stay far away from Superior Fencing, they're anything but!
