They were very professional and great to talk to. We have 3 large dogs so they recommended a product we'd never heard of (magic oil) and were very informative about the product and all the benefits it offered. The floors turned out better than expected and looked amazing. Well over a year into it and they still look amazing with no scratches and are very simple to keep clean and keep scratch free.
