I really appreciate the prompt, courteous service. He contacted me immediately after receiving my email request and got the job done the very same day (and I first contacted him very late in the day). THe window looks great, and the price was very fair. I will definitely use Superior Glass again in the future. I wish all contractors were as professional and efficient as Pitney!

I am a little disaapointed about there turn around time on ordering parts. It took over 10 days because your guys measured window wrong on the first trip. Overall you were very fair and I think that if I had went with a different company this would have been resolved in a very timely manner. Now the follow up from the young lady that answer your phones (Vikki) was really wonderful. You were very responsive to follow up calls and very polite on all calls.

Pitney called immediately to discuss the request for service. He was in the area and completed the window glass replacement with in a couple of hours. He invoiced our office with a clear and concise bill. I will keep his contact info on file to call again.
