We just had 20+ windows installed from Mike and his crew. Unbelievable service and PRICE!!! With triple pane windows the jet noise is gone! They are beautiful and we couldn't be happier! Thanks Mike.

Easy to work with and responsive.

Had a problem with my 5ft slider on 9/21/2020. It stopped sliding. Found a paper from the previous owner with Superior Glass on it so I called them. As it turned out they were working in the area and would stop by after they were done that afternoon. When they arrived they made a quick inspection of the door and in 30-40 minuets it was sliding again. Mike and his partner were very Experienced, Professional, Clean Kind and Respectful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tony and Mani, (not sure of spelling), were hard working and very professional. They went out of their way to be helpful and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. They were pleasant and professional the whole time and did a super job.

Exceptional customer service. Prompt and professional. No sales pitch, actually measured and bid from outside the home without a meeting. Was there same day. Provided high quality triple pane windows, while SIGNIFICANTLY beating out all of the other bids I received, and no extra cost for reinstalling the trim and completely chalking. Most of the other competing bids were for "contractor" grade windows. Additionally, Superior glass was able to install earlier than the rest. Along with great looking windows, trim and finish was left looking better than when they started. You should Absolutely include a Superior Glass bid for your window project. They were literally $5k less than the high pressure household name company I wasted my time meeting with. For a point of reference, my project was a total of 10 windows and 1 slider. Superior did the job for under $8k at the time (obviously material costs fluctuate over time). Of 5 bids only one other was under 10 (DaBella - I was very impressed with them as well), the highest, along with a condescending high pressure pitch, was over $13k.

I had multiple failed seals on my windows and Superior Glass did a good job replacing them with new glass. Great customer service and the best price I found.

Great service! The father and son team that did the install were absolute professionals. Good communication, installed on time, and cleaned everything up when they completed.

We are so happy with our 5 new beautiful, quality windows! Mike and his crew were honest, great communicators, very hard working and the customer service was excellent. The cost is fair and reasonable, especially compared to other companies that insist on a long sales pitch (which we'll never do again). When our other windows need replacing, we will make one phone call only, and that will be to Superior Glass. We know we can count on them for superior work and an excellent product.

I was skeptical at first because the price was a fraction of what other companies quoted me, but I am so happy I decided to proceed. Love my new windows and all the guys were great.

Mike was great communicating with us during the process and the installation was quick and turned out beautiful! We love our new windows. Also our installers were really friendly and loved our dogs which was a plus!

A quality job by a standup guy! Mike was easy to deal with and straightforward. Scheduling might have been made a bit easier, but they got the job done right for a very fair price!

Good windows at a fair price. Mike was able to provide the estimate without me being home, zero pressure. Very happy with installation and installers. Tony and Casey were courteous, professional and personable. I was very happy that i was able to trust them in my home when i was at work. They always left things clean. They made an extra effort to make the install job as nice as possible. I did have some problems with the windows and Mike the owner was able to work with the manufacturer to get new windows ordered and installed.

Superior Glass is an excellent company to work with.. They were easy to work with, responded promptly, were friendly and knowledgeable and provided an excellent product at a reasonable price. We are very happy with our new windows!

Great job, beautiful triple pane windows for the whole house. Excellent value and construction, easy open and close, looks fabulous. Great experience start to finish, low key no high pressure sales, professional with attention to detail. Recommended also on PUD website. Installation was quick and they cleaned up all debris from old windows and hauled away. Good communication every step of the way. Thank you Mike and crew!

Very positive even when the going got tough. Superior Glass put in 5 new skylights for us. Everything was done on time and budget. They function well, look fabulous and include extras we never knew existed. We next had the company replace two sets of French doors. It turned out the new doors were smaller than our former ones causing noticeable wall and flooring irregularities. When I called to complain, Mike, the company owner said, I want you to be happy with our work. He sent the crew came back two additional times for an extra 3 days until everything looked and worked perfectly. That's GREAT customer service!!

I got the call from superior glass before I finished reading his info. We made the appointment and price. Told me when the windows would be in and they were on time. Set the day for installation. They were on time. They didnâ t waste any time getting the job done. I couldnâ t believe how quick they were. The windows are beautiful. Iâ m very much pleased.
