Superior Hands

Superior Hands, LLC/Reginald Smith (Veteran-Owned Business) was hired to install an under decking draining system on my deck and install rails on my front porch. As an Army retried service-connected disabled Veteran, I try to do business with men and women who sacrificed their lives for this country too. The projects were not completed. I contacted Super Hands, LLC/Mr. Smith several times via email/phone to come back to our home to inspect his work. He refused every time. My lawyer sent a certified letter (Georgia Right to Repair Act, O.C.G.A. 8-2-36) to both parties but I did not receive a response within the 30 day time frame (with signed tracking number). I tried to work with this company but I was very displeased. I requested a Bench Trial/Civil Suit, won in a Default Judgement, and the case has been disposed of. Please do not allow Superior Hands, LLC/Reginald Smith to do any projects for you. They do not have the customer service skills, ethics, integrity, morals, trustworthiness, nor workmanship to do business in any industry. They are a Con Man company. ******DO NOT HIRE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES*********

Very professional. Right on time to the appointment. Mr. Smith gave me good advice, he's done a great job. I could see me hiring him again.

Good experience. Some minor things That weren't as polished as other contractors I have used, but excellent value.

Superior hands did an excellent job and I Intend to hire him for all my handy jobs. The first time he came out within only a few hours of request. Unfortunately we discovered Home Sepot sent me the wrong size door. He was so pleasant despite the error. When the right door came in, I called him back and he came back out very promptly! He got the door on and trouble shot a couple of things with me. It wasn’t an easy job, but he got it done. He seemed to have an endless supply of tools. It was a truly pleasant experience.

I had several projects, which he was able to fix. Some easy and not so easy to replace. He made recommendations for the not so easy ones and went above and beyond to finding missing parts. He was absolutely and REASONABLY priced. I highly recommend his service and have already shared with my close friends.
