We were desperate to have floors refinished to remove stains and smells in order to receive home loan. We needed the loan to fix this inherited house in Illinois so it could be leased or sold. We live in California. George worked with us to meet a very tight schedule. He went beyound the call of duty and made helpful suggestions as he was on site and we were in California. The floors look fantastic and the Appraiser signed off the loan. I would hire George and his crew again without hesitation. His estimate was on the spot. His work was excellent. He kept his word and his proposed schedule. Excellent!
