The sales person was very friendly and I especially liked the fact that he didn't harass me about hiring him for the job after he gave me a quote. The installers were very nice and did the job quickly. I would hire them again.

A professional job done quickly. There was some confusion over compatibility of exist zone damper with thermostats but that was handled rapidly. Their price was not the lowest but their knowledge and Carrier reputation convinced us.

All people associated were courteous on the phone and in person. The electrician answered my questions and the quality of the work looks excellent. One minor complaint is there was a fair amount of sawdust left but that's not a big deal. I would recommend them.

Very happy with performance of Superior. They worked with us on our budget in a manner that allowed us to get the work done and still be able to afford the needed upgrades. They kept in touch with us and provided estimates which held true to the final bill. Very professional and understanding of the fact that we were first-time homeowners!
