The Tech was nice. I had no issues with him, but the boss, Ben Sharp, OMG, zero customer service He was so mean and rude to me on the phone, and I WILL NEVER CALL THEM TO REPAIR ANYTHING again because of the treatment I got from him. He is so unprofessional; he should not be in that position if he is going to treat his customers so badly.

They were prompt, professional and personable. They got the job done right.....updated 8/09/23... I could not get them to respond to my calls and texts to come back to fix the issues that were worked on first visit. They did call back, but I could never reach them; I left voicemails. So, based on their service - or lack thereof - I would NOT recommend them.
