Zach called me scheduled an appointment he was very knowledgeable about what I needed explained everything he was going to do went out of his way to find a matching shingle which was not very easy since my roof is over 20yrs old and they do not make those exact shingles anymore he was very fast and efficient getting my job done he also checked my roof for any further damage and did do a couple spot repairs for me so I would highly recommend Zach and his company Superior Home Improvement for any repairs or even complete roof replacements he was a pleasure to work with .

I called them for a quote on a small siding job, while looking it over Mark noticed out sump pump was bypassed. Trees had invaded the drain tile, blocking the discharge to the street. They quoted me the two jobs together and saved me some money and time. Work was top notch, a few weeks of cool rainy weather and you can’t see where they dug out the drain lines. Very happy with their work.

Zack was very helpful in outlining options to repair our exterior trim and post that had water damage. The service included power washing the entire house, replacing damaged trim, installing a new post, and painting all of the trim, gutters, post, and garage. The crew was very thorough and efficient. The finished product resulted in our house looking nicer and receiving compliments from our neighbors. The customer service was excellent addressing all of our concerns. Would definitely recommend them and would hire them for future work.

Upon inspecting my roof, he identified code requirements that were not completed by the previous company I had install my new roof. He took the time to explain the steps required to rectify it and successfully achieve the code specification requirements. He was transparent in sharing with me any additional discrepancies his team came across during their service and keep me informed of any timeline changes or delays.
