1/28 We just shoveled out from the recent snowstorm and my mom's furnace stopped working. Now, it -4 this morning. Brrr! we're talking pipes freezing, just all kinds of bad things can go wrong. Mom called many places that either didn't answer the phone or couldn't help her. Chris from Superior HVAC in Cabot was at her home within 30 minutes and fixed her furnace. YAY!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Chris came out and was honest about what we needed to have done. He didn’t try to sell us a new unit. He gave us some options to try to fix before we consider replacing the whole unit. They performed the fix right then and there and the price was reasonable.

I contacted Superior HVAC after 2 failed attempts at fixing my furnace by other companies in the butler area (neither company knew what was really wrong) I was told by the other companies, â it could be this, or it might be thatâ when they wanted to change me an outrageous amount for a simple repair to only continue to push for a new unit to be installed rather than properly diagnose the real issue. Also might add I needed to have a roofer involved, along with a contractor to remove a part of my roof. With Superior, they were able to talk threw the issue, and give me an idea of what may be the issue and weâ re willing to take a look to make sure that was intact the issue, however I opted for a quote on installing a new furnace to have the higher efficiency and stop guessing what was wrong. I got the quote and install day the same day and within a few days my furnace would be installed. They were prompt and explained things as they were being done, the original issue I was told that was causing the issue was not the case at all. As I said, I ended up replacing the furnace as my quote was very reasonable, opposed to the â nickel and dimeâ repairs that were suggested by the other companies. What I was originally told was wrong, was not the issue at all, so â IFâ I went with the other company would of been out $4,000 and still had a broken down furnace. Superior is a small family owned company, they are professional, they were prompt, cleaned up during and after the install and made sure everything was working as it should before they left the job. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism this company provided while in my home.

They were great! They knew exactly what they were doing. I will tell all my friends,family, and co-workers what a great job the did. I would recommend them to everyone. They were two wonderful guys. I would hire them again! They are the BEST.

Chris completed the inspection thoroughly and efficiently. He provided me with details of what he was doing all along the way and the results of the various checks on my furnace.
