Disappointing experience. Took carpet from the center of my closet to patch, not a corner out of sight. Looks bad and obvious. Cleaned up an area, and it looks better. No patching. Over-all, not pleased. A job half done.

Dan responded immediately and came the next day. He did not remove his shoes but ran back and forth from his truck. His repair in my bedroom doorway is raised and although it probably is a difficult place to work I have to be careful where I step so I do not trip. He should also invest in a small vacuum so he can clean up his mess.

Dave is an expert and a real professional. He knows his business well and has years of experience. He re-stretched our carpet and it looks amazing.
