Interlocking Pavers for Driveways & Floors Installation
Contractors should stand by the work and performance. They have no integrity. Albert and Superior Interlocking Pavers has no customer service or support.

"Dear John, I Albert the company president personally reached out to you within 12 hours of receiving your email that was sent on a Sunday evening. We regret that you were unhappy 3 weeks after the correct sealer selection you approved was applied. The description you mentioned in your email is not available for pavers and was not an option on a service contract. We value our customers and strive to provide superior quality work and have been for the past 25 years. Ultimately you did not return any of our calls. We wish you the best in your future home improvement ventures. Sincerely, Albert Cedano SIP INC. President."

They arrived as scheduled and worked full days. The work was beautiful and when they ran into problems with roots in our outside drains, they accommodated our request to fix it( for an added fee). I would use them again. Fast, efficient and real artists of their craft. Our walkway looks great.

Albert provided a very reasonable quote to replace an existing retaining wall & fence (including removal of plants along the wall). He worked with me to come up with a plan to meet my budget. Scheduling the work was very easy & his team arrived on-time. Albert's team ended up going well above & beyond. Removal of the plants was a much more signfiicant job than envisioned & took ~2 days longer than originally planned. However, Albert never asked for additional funds & the work was completed per the quoted price. The quality of the work is very good and his team did a great job cleaning up. Overall, I would highly recommend Superior!
