Iâ m currently trying to work with Superior. At times theyâ ve been great. But overall, I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. The worst part is that they came highly recommended from a friend. We had water damage during 2023â s ice storm and we still have walls missing and canâ t use one of our bathrooms nearly a year later. To be fair, weâ ve had an additional leak due to the most recent ice storm in 2024, but thereâ s no excuse for the delay. Weâ re simply not a priority to Superior. When addressing our complaints, the project manager tried to blame us for not paying for part of the project. However, we never received an invoice, still have no idea how much they want us to pay, nor did they tell us that any payment was due. Theyâ ve also claimed that their mitigation people were coming out to do moisture readings, but no one ever showed. Communication is not their strong suit. Weâ d love to get this project completed and move on, but unfortunately Superior doesnâ t seem capable of wrapping things up.

Extremely professional, courteous and by far one of the best companies that I have utilized. I highly recommend and intend to do business with this company in the future,

Do NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. No ONE ELSE NEEDS TO EXPERIENCE WHAT MY FAMILY AND I WENT THROUGH. In November and December 2022, during the ice freezes in our area, one pipe burst in my living room and the other in my garage. I called Superior LLC., as they were available immediately to turn off the water and start the mitigation process. In the very beginning, they seemed to be a reputable company. They cut out the living room, garage walls, and floorboard in my living room and started the drying-out process immediately. However, regarding restoration, they were non-committal, and it was hard to get anyone back to the house to do the work. By February 2023, I had called and spoken to the owner, Don, about our grievances about our home being in disrepair, and no one seemed to be working on it. Our insurance company, Allstate, was calling me to make sure they had sent enough money. At the end of February 2023, they installed the insulation and put plywood on the hole in the floor. I was told they had difficulty finding subcontractors to complete the drywall, paint, and flooring. At the end of March 2023, I reached out to Honie at Superior to advise that we needed our house finished. We had company coming to town and felt this was long overdue. On April 3, 2023, I was informed we needed to move out of our house for two weeks for them to complete the following: HVAC detachment, drywall and paint, HVAC reset, and floor installation in the living room. We could not understand why we needed to leave, but we continued working with them, wanting them to finish our home. The drywall installer came to our house to work at 11:00 p.m., until strange hours in the morning. Our alarm records detail this. When we finalized the walk-through, the drywall was a mess, and the floor caved in where Superior had cut the bottom. I was assured these were easy fixes. On July 20, 2023, the wall was finally completed in our home; today, the floor still caves in. They have attempted three times to fix this; the last time was August 11, 2023. I was told I had a floating floor, which is normal. They were paid over $29,000. These people are scam artists, liars, and commit insurance fraud. I would never want anyone to go through what we experienced. It would have been better to let our entire downstairs flood and find a different company to help us.

Water leak in kitchen. The water mitigation specialist, Kevin Wackerly, was at our home almost immediately to assess the damage and begin work on the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained every part of the work. He finished in a timely manner and checked in often. It was great working with him!

We began the mitigation process with Superior around June 17th which all went quite smoothly. We were told at that time it was a *small project* and we would most likely need to stay in a hotel for *at the most a week* while the floors were being finished. Unfortunately, we ended up staying in the hotel from July 29th-September 3rd with the exception of 10 days while we were on vacation in August. Superior was extremely unreliable, unpredictable, and unprofessional. To name a few examples: 1. Luxury vinyl flooring was laid directly on basement concrete making flooring uneven and flexing. 2. Time and time again they would not show up for work. 3. The supervisor went on a 2-week vacation without notifying us or putting someone else in charge of our job. 4. Painters did not match the color of paint correctly because they admittedly were *in a rush*. 5. They placed a lien on our house instead of working with our insurance company and then kept the lien on our house even after getting paid to interfere with our ability to refinance our home.

They did a great job. They got finished when they said they would. There was a discrepancy in how much it cost based on what I was originally quoted and what I was charged.
