The appointment was at 2:00, and the technician arrived about 2:30. He did call before arriving and advised he was on his way. He vacuumed the heater and washed some parts around the burners, vacuumed the inside of the AC compressor and tested both heat and cooling. The filter was only 2 weeks old so no filter was required. He monitored the AC refrigerant pressure and determined it was performing normally. A nice young man and very efficient and helpful! The only reason I dropped customer service to a 4 is the lateness, but it may be unavoidable for afternoon appointments.
