This company did a great job and they were very professional. Frank is wonderful to work with and he is very helpful and thorough. The workers were very efficient and knowledgeable. The job was completed in a timely manner. They were the most responsive, time wise, of any of the contractors I had bid on this job. They were also the most cost effective. I would definitely use them again for another project.

Frank came over timely- took time to explain all aspects of issues and repairs- respectful and personable- I hired them and they did job within 5 days of signing contract- completed timely and on schedule- cleaned afterwards complete work area. Checked with me throughout entire job to ensure my satisfaction

Three workmen came at 10:30 AM and were done the job at 6 PM. Installed a drain in our driveway to prevent storm water from coming into the garage and basement. No water came in through two storms so far.

The job was done well. I did need the company to come back and redirect the outside drains because they left them too long and the water was being drained into my neighbors yard. They completed everything necessary.

Basement Warterproofing etc is a very good company. Came promptly and gave a reasonable explanation of how they would fix our problem of water coming into our basement through a door that was ground level. Price was good and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The work was done about 2 months ago and numerous heavy rains and we have no water coming into our basement The men doing the work we're friendly and very professional. Took the 2 days that they estimated I highly recommend this company in a business that could be hard to get someone that doesn't always do what they promise

French drain did not alleviate the problem of water in the basement. Not good about clean up after the job was completed

"The French drain system is working perfectly. The spot where the old window was closed up with brick, is the spot thats damp because there aren't open cores like the concrete blocks. So the water around the seams of the closed up window, is most likely because the people who originally closed it in, never sealed the outside before they put the concrete patio over it. That moisture is not running down through the wall to the drain system. As for the clean up outside... it started to rain and it's not as easy to see with the ground all wet. All you had to do is call and we would be right back out to take care of it. But you never let us know."

It's raining & pouring, but no longer running onto the basement floor. The guys fixed the leak outside without even killing any of the plants in the flowerbed. So far we are very happy with the work that was done.
