Interior Painting or Staining: 1 - 2 Rooms
If the work you need is for rent property, Chris will be fine. We have a nice house and they just cannot do the quality of work that we are used to. I wish Home Advisor had a way to post pictures. We made the mistake of paying half down so unfortunately we ended up paying $3900 to have 2 rooms painted that will have to be redone.

"I am sorry you feel that way ma'am. We went over and beyond the call of duty! Your husband did mention that you guys hired a really expensive high-end company from out of town and his opinion wasn't that great but that's your expectations from here on out! We redid that job 2-3 times. You wanted a flat paint on walls and ceilings then after I told you that flat does not go on walls and eggshell is easier to clean you go that route. What you guys don't understand is that **eggshell** has a sheen that makes the paint look different from all angles. Still after telling your husband that he said he knows but you're not going to understand I still went over!"

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
Chris guarantees his work for one year. He will go over the work with you to make sure it meets your approval. If not, he will redo the work. Make sure to take advantage of doing a walk through with Chris as they go through a job.

We had a skylight removed when we had to Have a new roof. He came to repair the ceiling. Great job cannot tell it was ever there and matched the texture and color perfect. Would definitely hire again

Customer has given half the money to start the job. SP has not completed the fence and keeps giving excuses. Customer asked for receipts for the materials. The work was awful. Customer never received a copy of the signed contract. Customer has paid $3000 upfront on May 19. SP was so disrespectful. Customer's Neighbor has also paid SP $250 but nothing was done. She spoke with Chris Martinez from Superior Paint and Remodeling.

"I told youth ground was uneven when we first spoke and if you remember correctly there is a hump on your west side of your back yard that I was going to take the dirt from there. I did not give you excuses I gave you facts. The fact that there are no 4x4 posts is not under my control! We had bad weather a couple of days after we started and the ground was still wet and I called and told you that. I kept in contact with you the entire time, which you chose not to reply or answer my call and now you wanna bash me because there is a gap under the fence. Which I was going to fill in with dirt. This is what we as contractors get for trying to."

Should not have taken a job an hour away. Had 2 young men for a crew. Showed around 11, worked for a couple of hours then took lunch, then left around 4-4:30. Took 3 weeks for a 1-week job. Left metal flashing pieces in the back yard as well as wood pieces from replacing rotted wood. Overall my wife and I are pleased with the way the house looks, and with the owner just seems they bit off more than they could do.

Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + Rooms
What started out to be a promising arrangement, turned out to be quite disappointing. Chris had told us that he was going to be there to do the painting with his son, but that was not the case. He sent his son and an 18 year old boy to come and paint. They did not use drop cloths, and there was residual paint EVERYWHERE. It took us calling Chris out to come and look for them to clean it up. (We have plenty of pictures to show.) We never knew when they were going to show up, who was going to show up, or what kind of job they were going to do when they got there. We also asked him to touch up some cabinets, which he started to do, all with paint that didn't match. We also asked him to build a patio table top for us, that he charged us $600 for. He promised us that it was going to be done with epoxy resin, and would be water proof and beautiful. It is not beautiful, it is not water proof, and it is downright dangerous! There are nails sticking out all over the bottom of the table. If one of the kids were to get under it and hit their head, they would be impaled by the nails. We have pictures of all of this as well. When confronted, he told us we still owed him money, and he was very rude. The boys that came to paint, were very kind, they just didn't know what they were doing. Chris was kind in the beginning too. We ended up having to pay a reputable contractor to come out and finish the job, and correct the mistakes that he had made. On top of everything that we had already paid Chris, we had to pay an additional $4000 to correct, and finish the work that Chris was originally supposed to complete. 100% would not recommend!

They were on time first day and then after paid half down went to get supplies and never came back that day. Came back hour late next day worked 2.5hrs and then didnâ t come back again. I had to tell how to put subfloor down correctly on 3rd day because left bad crooked gaps between subfloor panels and put spray foam between them. Paid to repair support beam on exterior wall and learned they just put kilts on it and hid by subfloor piece. Spent 3600 and looks like a child did the work. I have to hire another person to come correct their job and pay more money. Didnâ t put insulation back in floor space under subfloor even though I was charged for it.

Despite some initial complications on the side of Home Advisor and two of their employees, Super Paint and Remodeling was able to contact me and set up my appointment. They were very accommodating and were able to reschedule due to the hailstorm the day before. Their representative was extremely courteous and professional. I knew they were a good company when they arrived at my house 5-10 minutes early. Being punctual is something that is practically forgotten in today s world so they started off well. They finished the job in less time than expected, my rescue dogs and I are extremely thankful!!!

They showed up on time, were very respectful, and did anything I ask them to. I got a very good value on my price as they showed up with three people which allowed them to get the Job done in one day. I will be calling them again for any other remodel projects I have here.
