I couldn’t be happier with the services that Michael Cain provided. I’ve had service for at least a year that started out as emergency pest treatment. There have been plenty of techs that came out, but none have stood out like Michael Cain has. He is so diligent with his work and it really shows. He didn’t rush at all and he made sure that we (myself and the tenant) were satisfied. He made a very stressful situation manageable and although i was happy with superior pest before, i am now absolutely thrilled to recommend them

Very professional and courteous . Explained the process and took care of the problem immediately. Although they had to return because the hornets were stubborn and rebuilding (!), Superior returned and remedied the situation without question. Mike and staff were great!

Superior Pest Elimination responded on the same day to assist with a discovery of mice in our home that I was extremely upset about. They went above and beyond to do all necessary to stop the problem and truly gave me peace of mind. They were fair and clean and patient and gave me confidence that they would resolve the problem. Their price was reasonable (and I know as compared to other exterminators I hired who charged more and did less) and their knowledge and expertise is evident.

I hired Superior to remove a hornet's nest from my front porch (and neighbor's porch as well). I can't say enough about the quality of work and the time they took to explain the process. I discovered that yellow jacket wasps had made a hive in the wall space in our attic when I went to put exchange our summer clothes for winter ones. I disturbed them and was stung. Really painful! I checked HomeAdvisor for pest control companies. I ultimately chose Superior Pest Elimination to deal with the problem, and I am very glad I did. Mike and his helper Anthony, both professional and personable, arrived timely, explained exactly what their plan of attack would be, and got down to work. They used both a spray insecticide to immediately kill wasps that came out of the hive and an insecticidal dust that they applied around the entry/exit points from the outside and inside where wasps could get into the attic storage space. Then they used caulk to seal off the entry points. They left everything neat and clean. A week later, I have seen no more yellow jackets and can safely use the attic storage space.

Superior Pest Elimination trapped and removed a groundhog in less than one week that was living under my shed and deck. Very responsive to customer by initiating follow-up calls to discuss status of problem and ideas for new strategies. Once trapped, they were there in less than an hour to remove the trapped groundhog. I would recommend using this Company.
