Shower Install or Replace
They will not correct their mistakes and will not fix the work that is done wrong and poorly. They charged me for work they did not do .

"Thank you for the feedback. As we have stated numerous times, this has/is a product issue with Delta (Shower Door). It was installed up to the manufacturers specifications and was working just fine, as you inspected and approved of the work. Unfortunately, when your son-in-law attempted to **adjust** the panel (for reasons unknown) he did so in a way that completely disparaged the warranty. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We are willing to corporate with you and your family to ensure you are satisfied. Thank you again!"

Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
From start to finish the company was nothing less than professional. Our septic system was starting to fail and we had them install and hook up a sewer line. Jeff, the owner came out and gave us an estimate for the job and then did research with our local sewer district to locate the line to our property. (no easy feat) Putting in this line was a challenge since we have had an unbelievable amount of rain so we had to wait for a decent day to do it. The owner and his team showed up on time and immediately started to work. They worked throughout the day (they ran into some challenges) and didn't leave until the job was finished. The estimate was right on target. We couldn't be happier.

Superior Plumbing installed a new main water line for our home. It was a 2-day project. Jeff and his team made it as painless as possible. They addressed all our concerns. They were prompt, focused and knowledgeable. The Superior team ensured that they cleaned-up as they went and left our property clean and debris free. Overall, this was one of the best maintenance experiences of our stay here (over 10 years). I will have Superior Plumbing deal with all our plumbing needs. Outstanding!

I contacted Home Advisor and within 10 minutes received a call from Jeffrey at Superior Plumbing. Not only was the price VERY reasonable, but Jeffrey was very polite and quick and efficient! He was at my home to do this repair in about two hours and was done in about 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again should I need any plumbing done! GREAT service!! Thank you!

Jeff provides OUTSTANDING customer service. He responded rapidly to my water line leak and his work was good and reasonable. He gave me alot of good information about the parts and how things work. Called him again for a minor issue which he resolved without having to do any work, and he didn't want to take any money, not even a service call fee. He again gave me lots of info about how things work, and I discovered he does remodeling work too. I plan to use him for my shower remodel.

If you've already tried the rest, it's time to try the BEST! Superior Plumbing came in, found the problem right away and gave me options to eradicate the problem. Their prices were very fair and their work was beyond my expectations. They were very professional. They explained everything in detail. When they were done they left everything neat and clean just like it was before. I was very pleased with their service and would definitely hire them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

I can't say enough good things about the guys at Superior Plumbing Services. I had two bathrooms remodeled by another company and there were major problems with the plumbing that had been done. Jeff and Aaron came to my house and gave me a quote on Thursday and were able to come back and do the work on Friday. They explained everything they would be doing and kept me informed during the entire process. They replaced all of the plumbing that had been done incorrectly and gave me confidence that I won't have any leaking issues in the future. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work before they left. I am very happy to have found two reliable plumbers who are experts in their craft and will be using them again in the future for some other projects I have planned.
