They will not correct their mistakes and will not fix the work that is done wrong and poorly. They charged me for work they did not do .
Response by Superior Plumbing Services, LLC: Thank you for the feedback. As we have stated numerous times, this has/is a product issue with Delta (Shower Door). It was installed up to the manufacturers specifications and was working just fine, as you inspected and approved of the work. Unfortunately, when your son-in-law attempted to **adjust** the panel (for reasons unknown) he did so in a way that completely disparaged the warranty. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We are willing to corporate with you and your family to ensure you are satisfied. Thank you again!
