Superior s technician Amal came as soon as possible and at the time he had promised to take care of our emergency. It was a Sunday and our regular plumber did not even call back. Of all the plumbers only the Home Advisor ones reacted. The Superior technicians worked fast with lots of expertise and our water heater was replaced without any problems. They left the working area clean and dry and the problem was fixed in very little time. I highly recommend this company. They employ polite and caring professionals for whom no challenge is too big and who actually sympathize with the anxiety you may feel at such plumbing emergencies. They displayed superb customer relations skills!

They do quality work. Did not fix the problem the first time. However on the return trip they repaired the issue. Extremely nice and professional. Expensive for the work performed and for that reason I will look for someone else next time.
