Superior Pool did a good job installing the pool liner. However, they left the job incomplete without letting us know when they would return. Several phone calls were made to determine when they would return to complete the job and to retrieve equipment left. Communication was an issue!!

Tom did a great job for us installing a new liner and updating the pump system. His guys were very courteous and also fixed issues we had with the step ladder. Surprisingly, his quote came back the lowest of the 3 we requested and he took the time to explain things to us. The hardest time we had was trying to find him to pay him! He was busy and was not around all summer. Overall, I felt that I got my money's worth and a job well done.
